These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of hire.mrcareerz.com and related pages (the "Site") operated by Constant Growth Media LLC, trading as MrCareerz ("MrCareerz", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.
1. What We Do
MrCareerz is a recruiting service that helps US-based businesses source, screen, and hire remote talent based in South Africa. We are not an employer of record and we do not guarantee employment to any candidate or any specific hiring outcome to any client.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for use by businesses and business decision-makers who are at least 18 years old.
3. Marketing Communications
By submitting a form on the Site, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, or SMS about our services. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to an SMS, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or emailing hello@mrcareerz.com. Message and data rates may apply.
4. No Guarantees; Testimonials
Any figures, savings, timelines, or outcomes referenced on the Site (including any comparison to US hiring costs and any "90-day replacement" language) are illustrative and reflect specific client experiences. They are not typical, not guaranteed, and not a promise of any specific result for you. Testimonials are from real clients and are not compensated unless explicitly stated. Any commercial arrangement between MrCareerz and a client, including any replacement policy, will be governed by a separate written service agreement.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) submit false, misleading, or another person's information without authorization; (b) attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site; (c) use the Site to send spam or violate any law; or (d) scrape or copy the Site or its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site, including all text, graphics, logos, video, and code, is owned by Constant Growth Media LLC, trading as MrCareerz, or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for information you submit, no license is granted to you other than the limited right to view the Site for its intended purpose.
7. Third-Party Services
The Site relies on and links to third-party services (for example, Google, Meta, Microsoft, Wistia, GoHighLevel, Lovable, and Cloudflare). We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of those services. This Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, Google, or YouTube.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, employment, or immigration advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Constant Growth Media LLC, trading as MrCareerz, and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Constant Growth Media LLC, trading as MrCareerz, from any claim, demand, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
